On the 2nd of April the extension Te Pai Skate Park was officially opened with a series of competitions and displays by the Globe skate team, the skaters of Waitakere City, and skaters from the greater Auckland area.
The day was enjoyed by all with skateboarders, bmx riders, and roller bladers of all ages coming together to celebrate the new facilities.
