Waitakere City Council has been instructed by the Auckland Transition Agency to have all contestable funding allocated by 1 November 2010.

Due to this, the Community Assistance Funds are opening and closing early.

There are no changes to the amount of funding council provides by the way of grants, the content of each individual grant remains the same.

The policy and guidelines is a information and reference guide for anyone wanting to apply for funding under the Community Assistance Funds 2010/2011. Please read these carefully before you apply under any of the available grants.

Due to the Auckland Transition Agency (ATA) directive outlined above, council has combined the following funds on to one application form.

Certificate of Expenditure

As a condition of receiving funding assistance from the Community Assistance Funds, you are required to forward a completed Certificate of Expenditure confirming how your grant was spent. This needs to be forwarded with all receipts and invoices no later than 12 months after the approval of the grant and/or no later than 2 months after completion of the project.

Report Form
