Advice Bureau
The Waitakere Citizens Advice Bureau have a service
agreement with the Council to provide accurate information
to the residents of the city. Located at
New Lynn, Massey,
Henderson and Glen
Eden, the Bureau provide a free and confidential service
usually including Justice of the Peace, counselling and
budgeting services. Also available at the four Bureaux is a
free and confidential information and advice service for
migrants and refugees. Call 0800 367222 or visit your local
CAB to make an appointment with the
Settlement Support
Advisor
They are staffed by volunteers,
with one paid supervisor.
