Proposal to Divest of Harbourview Corner Reserve, 32 Harbour View Road, Te Atatu Peninsula
Overview
You are invited to have a say on the proposal to divest
of Harbourview Corner Reserve.
It is proposed to revoke the reserve classification of
Harbourview Corner Reserve in order to enable the divestment
of the reserve to occur. Revenue from the sale of land would
be held in the reserves account for expenditure on other
reserves within Waitakere.
Under the
Reserves Act, 1977, you are invited to submit
written comments regarding the proposal to revoke the
reserve classification of Harbourview Corner Reserve.
Written submissions received will be considered by the
Henderson Community Board
(the administering authority) when making a resolution
regarding the proposal to revoke the reserve classification.
Under the
Local Government Act, 2002, you are invited to
submit written comments regarding the proposal to divest of
Harbourview Corner Reserve. Written submissions received
will be considered by Council when hearing the proposal to
divest of the reserve.
