To search for the property you want, enter either a Street Number and Street Name, or a Valuation Number, or a Rate Account Number, or a Legal Description (in the DP and Lot Number boxes).
Do I need to enter data into all search fields? No. Enter either a Street Number and Street Name, or a Valuation Number, or a Rate Account Number, or a Legal Description (in the DP and Lot Number boxes).
How do I search for rates information about one property? Enter the number of the property in the "Street Number " box. Enter the street name. Click "Search".
How do I search for a flat or a unit? Just enter the street number e.g. 34 not 3/34 or 34a. Enter the street name. Click "Search".
How many letters of the street name do I have to enter? 3 or more letters must be entered to search for a street.
What format should the valuation number be in? The roll, assessment and suffix should be separated by hyphens, e.g. 33010-340-00
Where do I get my Rate Account Number from? You will find this on any Rates Assessment / Invoice sent to you by the Council.
