Opened in 2002 the West Wave Fitness Centre has the modern equipment and friendly, professional staff to help you get fit and healthy, and to STAY that way.

Our Face to Face programme will give you the advice you want and the support you need to achieve the result you've always dreamt of.

We'll start you off with five sessions with our trainers who will guide you through a personalised programme complete with exercise advice and nutrition information.

Instructors can help with:

  • Weight Control
  • Injury Rehabilitation
  • Stress Management
  • Nutrition
  • Resistance Training
  • Cardiovascular Training
  • Sports Specific Training

Spin, Pump, Yoga and Boot Camp Fitness classes are also included in your membership; as is full use of the Centre's Aquatic facilities - pool and classes.

New Fitness Centre Extension

Completed in March this year due to a rapid increase of membership, new members can comfortably enjoy top of the range cardio equipment with PVS (personal viewing screens), user friendly resistance machines, and member's only changing rooms, all in an inviting and friendly atmosphere that gives more value for money.

 

Hours

 

Monday to Friday 

5.45 am - 9.30 pm
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays 8 am - 6 pm

 

Health & Safety

For your safety and the benefit of all Fitness Centre users, please:

  • Train within your abilities
  • Use correct exercise technique
  • Advise your instructor of any illness or injury
  • Use a towel on all equipment (you will need to bring your own)
  • Wear suitable attire and enclosed footwear
  • Be courteous to other users

Fitness Centre members must be 16 years of age or older, and for your health and safety you must undergo a fitness assessment before using the centre for the first time.
