West Wave is one of Australasia's finest integrated "Lifestyle Centres". Purpose built for the 1990 Commonwealth Games, the Centre still boasts competition dive and 50m pool and now incorporates the latest in water recreation and play facilities and swim school as well as a modern fitness centre, swim shop and recreation centre. West Wave is also accessible for people with disabilities.

Our memberships are competitively priced and we offer discounts for Senior Citizens, Students, Community Service Card Holders and Groups. Please contact us to discuss.

Basic safety rules

	No singlets, t-shirts, sarongs, lava lavas to be worn in any of the swimming pools. Appropriate swimwear only (rash shirts are appropriate). However, clean t-shirts are permitted for: pregnant women to conceal disfigurement or for cultural reasons Please check at reception prior to entering pool.
	No glass on premises
	No food to be consumed out on poolside
	No "bombing"
	No running
	No smoking
	All children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or care giver over the age of 16 years.
	Children under 16 are not permitted to use Sauna, Spa, Steam room and/or Gym.
	Children under 16 who are not in Squad Training are required to leave the main pool at 7 pm.
	All Gym users are required to have been assessed before commencing an exercise programme. The fitness assessment is included in the Centre membership fees.
