strength and flexibility. Specifically designed for
those who suffer from arthritis, joint and circulation

resistance bands, this programme improves strength,
endurance, rehabilitation and for active adults in their

This class is cardiovascular training programme
which stands at the endurance end of the cardio respiratory
training. PARDON! BODY ATTACK makes you sweat and puff; it
improves your fitness and stamina. It's an awesome physical

TYR Fitness Squad
The perfect way to start your day! TYR Fitness Squad
is ideal for those who want to improve their swimming
technique and get fit, in a fun and friendly environment.
Train for Harbour Swims, She Tri, 1/2 Ironman and Ironman
competitions.
