Make a Manga and Create a Character Winners Announced!

Create a Character Poster Make a Manga Poster On Wednesday 2nd September during a prize giving at the Waitakere Central Library, the winners and highly commended entries of the Make a Manga and Create a Character competitions were announced.

The 2009 competitions received a high number of entries, the standard and quality of which were extremely high. Included in the entries were sequels to 2008 comics and entries all the way from Norway!
