Albion Vale
Located at 527 West Coast Road, Oratia is a
two storey colonial style timber
weatherboard building with Slate roof, built in 1879.
The house is the original Parr family homestead that has
been restored to its original internal design. The site also
contains magnolia and oak trees from the original Parr
Nursery. The house is listed as a Category I heritage
building and its significance is attributed to historical,
architectural and visual values.
Ambrico Place Kiln
Brickworks, downdraft kiln 1920s. Historically significant. Located at Ambrico Place, New Lynn.

Chapel of Faith-in-the-Oaks
Finely detailed small masonry chapel with plaster walls and pitched slate roof, built in the 1880s. Historical, architectural, community, visual and sense of place significance. Located in the
Waikumete Cemetery, Glenview Rd, Glen Eden.
Colin McCahon House
Board and batten house on bush clad hill slope. Former home of noted artist Colin McCahon. Historically significant. Located at 67 Otitori Bay Rd, French Bay.

Corbans Homestead and various buildings
The Corban homestead, adjacent former garage, and winery building (including former cellars, bottling hall, stables and workers canteen, now wine shop, offices, despatch and storage areas), distilling tower building, all built between 1907 and the 1950s. Historical and architectural significance. Located at 426-488 Great North Rd, Henderson.

Falls Hotel
Asymmetrical two-storey kauri weatherboard stripped Georgian style building, built around 1854-1862. A landmark with historical, architectural and visual significance. Located in Alderman Drive, Henderson.

Art Deco style red brick building, built 1935. Architectural, historical, landmark and visual significance. Located at Glendale Rd, Glen Eden.

Weatherboard railway station building. Historical, architectural and pattern significance.
Located at Glen Eden Town Centre, West Coast Road, Glen
Eden.
Glen View Rd House (Waikumete Cemetery)
The style of the cottage is consistent with the architecture of the late Victorian period in NZ. The cottage in Glenview Road was originally sited at 109 Beach Road, central Auckland, and was relocated to Waikumete cemetery in 1916, to provide accommodation for the foreman in charge of improvements at the cemetery. The house has considerable cultural heritage significance attributed to historical association with the Wesleyan Mission, Waikumete Cemetery, public works in the Auckland area. The dwelling is located at 6 Glenview Road, Glen Eden.
This is not open to public.

Former Massey Post Office
Weatherboard building, built 1930s. Historical, landmark and sense of place significance. Located at 393-397 Don Buck Rd, Massey.

Mill Cottage
Weatherboard house, built 1850s. Significance attributed to historical, architectural and visual values. Located at Sel Peacock Drive, Henderson.

Oratia Folk Museum
Located at 527 West Coast Road Oratia,
the museum is a simple timber
weatherboard cottage with a steeply gabled shingle roof. It
was originally built on Parker Road in 172 but was
transported to the site for use as a museum. It is listed as
a Category II building and its significance is attributed to
historical, architectural, visual and community values. It
is open to the public on weekends and by appointment.

Rose Hellaby House
Weatherboard cottage style house, built 1939. Significance attributed to historical, architectural, community and visual values. Located at 515 Scenic Drive, West Coast.
Sexton’s House
Triple gabled weatherboard bay villa, built 1886. Significance attributed to historical, architectural, visual and sense of place values. Located in the
Waikumete Cemetery, Great North Rd, Glen Eden.
St Michael’s Anglican Church
Weatherboard building, built 1914. Historically and architecturally significant. It was brought on-site from 425 Great North Rd and relocated to 426-448 Great North Rd, Henderson.
Swan’s Arch
Brick and timber braced arch, built 1901-31. Historical, architectural and visual significance. Also see the history of
