Explanation

The Minister of Education gives Notice of Requirement for a new designation for a public work, to designate land for the construction, operation and ongoing maintenance of a Secondary School for up to 1500 students, years 7 - 13 together with two early childhood education centres, each catering for up to 50 places per day The site to be designed is located on Buckley Ave at Hobsonville Peninsula, Waitakere City.

The Process

Notice of Requirement publicly notified on Wednesday 29 July 2009
Submissions closed at 5pm on Wednesday 26 August 2009.
Copies of the notice of requirement may be inspected at the following locations: Waitakere City Council, 6 Henderson Valley Road Henderson and Waitakere Libraries.
