Explanation

The Waitakere City Council has resolved to notify a requirement to designate land for the realignment, construction, operation and ongoing maintenance of Hobsonville Road.

The Process

• Notice of Requirement publicly notified on Wednesday 19 November 2009.
• Submissions closed at 5pm on Friday 18 December 2009.
• Copies of the notice of requirement may be inspected at the following locations: Waitakere City Council, 6 Henderson Valley Road Henderson and Waitakere Libraries.
