Notice of Requirement -  Clark Street extension low-level bridge

Explanation

Waitakere City Council has received notice of a requirement for a designation from Waitakere City Council.

The requirement is for a designation for a public work for "Road Clark Street extension low-level bridge" being the construction, operation and maintenance of a low-level bridge from Clark Street to Great North Road and associated works, including an upgrade of Gardner Reserve and Todd Triangle to provide for pedestrian linkages through Todd Triangle and Gardner Reserve at New Lynn, which forms part of the overall New Lynn Transit Oriented Development (TOD) project.

The site/s, partial sites to which the requirement applies is as follows:

Copies of the notice of requirement may be inspected at the following locations:
Waitakere City Council, Glen Eden Library, Waitakere Central Library, New Lynn Library, Massey Library, Ranui Library, Te Atatu Peninsula Library and Titirangi Library.

Any person may make a submission on the notice of requirement.

The submission must be made on Form 21. Copies of the submission forms are available from the Council or can be downloaded below.  (note: submissions have now closed)

Submissions closed 5pm on Monday 2 November 2009.

You must also serve a copy of your submission on c/- Beca Planning, PO Box 6345, Wellesley Street, Auckland 1141. Attn: Lisa Lyons, as soon as reasonably practicable after serving your submission on Waitakere City Council.
