Oversight of all matters related to the implementation of Plan
Changes 13-18, and the consideration and recommendation of policies,
strategies and agreements with regard to the planning and
development in the Northern Strategic Growth Area ('NORSGA')
comprising: Hobsonville Airbase (as identified by Plan Change 13
including the Marine Precinct and Landing areas); Hobsonville
Village (as identified by Plan Change 14); Fulton Hogan land (added
to Plan Change 14 by the Fulton Hogan submission to Plan Change 14);
Future Corridor Development Planning Area (focussed on Trig Road);
Westgate Town Centre and Massey North Special Employment Area (as
identified by Plan Change 15); South West Precinct (between Don Buck
Road and the Westgate Shopping Area as it exists in 2007).
