Cloth Nappy Hire Kit Booking Form

Note: Waitakere City Council cannot guarantee that a cloth nappy hire kit will be available for the period required, however, we will endeavour to meet your request if possible.

Payment for the hire kit (and bond) will be required when you receive confirmation of this booking. The cost for the 7-week hire period is $60, with a $40 bond.

	Newborn/Small Medium Large
	Note: The hire period for newborn/small kits begins one week after the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) of your baby. However, just in case your baby arrives earlier (and to give you a chance to get organised), your kit will be ready for pick-up two weeks prior to EDD. Cloth Nappy Hire Kits will allocate the next available kit to you in your desired size. If you have timing issues please let us know and we can try to accommodate you.
