Lincoln Road is a gateway into Waitakere City. It provides the major transport link
between the North Western motorway and Henderson, the commercial heart of the City.
The ease of getting from "a to b" coupled with planned improvements to public
transport, makes the Lincoln Road area a natural drawcard for business investment.
The location of UNITEC and the Council's
new Civic Centre right in the heart of Henderson will also have major benefits for
